Skipper & Skipper partnered with easyJet to develop and deliver a wellbeing strategy, creative platform and programme to empower every employee with the knowledge, skills and energy to thrive everyday - at work and in life.

Building on easyJet’s brand purpose of making low-cost travel easy for their customers, we set out to make the journey to better wellbeing as easy and rewarding as possible for their own people.
We did this by building and delivering a strategy that put wellbeing at the centre of personal and organisational performance – creating a winning culture.

By focusing on healthy ways of living, working and connecting with others, we harnessed easyJet‘s unique Orange Spirit to empower and equip their people with the knowledge and skills to maintain their energy and thrive every day – at work and in life.

Skipper & Skipper worked with easyJet to create all content for their company-wide performance energy programme. The first major delivery of the wellbeing strategy, the ‘Energy To Win’ programme bridges human behaviour and wellbeing, equipping employees with the ability to understand, protect and manage their energy.
