The brief from By Sarah was to increase engagement, understanding, trust and build confidence with consumers by showcasing their brand ethos. The genuine nature of the brand is to make its mark on the beauty and wellness industry, with the ultimate goal of enabling consumers to completely trust all By Sarah products through the act of always being transparent with their ingredients. By using only clean ingredients, By Sarah are able to free up their customer’s headspace and take the hard work out of choosing the right skincare.

A half day workshop with our core team as well as Sarah and Lauren brought out the full details of the brand values and genuine ethos that this brand must hold true in all communications. The outcome was a full Brand Strategy document outlining the true nature of the brand and how to portray the alignment through imagery and messaging.

Using a top product photography studio, we art-directed some incredible product images for the brand which we also embellished with surrounding ingredients as well as illustrations as part of the goal to add more personality to this gorgeous brand.


Bringing the brand to life on By Sarah’s core community platforms and shop-front was paramount in meeting the original brief of truly showcasing the brand’s ethos and genuine approach to transparency. The illustrated nature of the images and text is a beautiful, timeless and elegant way to bring out By Sarah’s values and an essence that shows the natural, clean ingredients that are readily available and have been used for centuries to nurture our bodies.
